Just when it's wet. From the clothes dryer to a 'swinging bar' for the coat hangers under a covered area.
The bar can then be swung back to the ceiling/roof when finished.

Started with some hinges.
Cold chisel the ends off.
Remove the pin.
I found some old rod that fitted the hinge perfectly. Bent it to 90 degrees and welded that to some painted rebar - that I found on the side of the road.
I did try this product on the welding table prior.
Works very well.
Everything just rubs off afterwards...
Scary reading on the back of the can though...
The two arms are welded to a length of 10mm stainless steel rod.
The hinged end rods are cut to an M4 thread and locking nuts added.
Screwed into place.
Clip attached for the horizontal arm.

That is such a handy device you've made. This will definitely go into my bookmarks as an excellent method of putting in a coat hanger that can be folded away.
