Hi friends,
I got a old house and the walls looked terrible. The walls were really hard, painted and glued, and uneven. I tried several ways to polish, but I failed. Could anyone give me some experience
s about tools or material to solve the problem? I'm diy newbie and glad to learn from you all. Thank you.

Hi @Ann02180515,
There appears to be a textured coating applied to the wall. Unless you are able to scrape the coating off or sand it back, then I'm not sure what could be done to minimise the roughness. An angle grinder with a flap disc would likely be the best way to remove the rough texture.
Have you considered installing a timber frame and cladding over the area with Hardieflex?

Thank you so much, that's what I want to know. Because I don't know what tool to use to match this grinding wheel piece. 🌻🌻🌻
It will be pretty dusty work, so make sure you're wearing a face mask @Ann02180515.

Hi Mitchell,
I also would like to know what power tools can be used with below the item.
Thank you.
Hi @Ann02180515,
An angle grinder is the power tool that suits that brush and the flap disc.

These tools work well. There are cheaper and effective. Thank you for you time.
