How do you remove a bathroon basin including plumbing? do I need a plumber?

Hi @Todsta,
You'll need a plumber to disconnect the plumbing and cap off the pipes so you can turn your water back on. They'll also need to reconnect any new plumbing. This is considered plumbing work and requires a licensed plumber to perform it.
Once the inlet and waste pipes are disconnected, you can remove the actual sink yourself. If you look up from underneath it, you should discover the fixings that mount it to the wall.
