How to fix this crack ??
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Srijas. We trust you'll get loads of help and inspiration for all your projects around the house and garden from our clever and creative community members.
Could we please trouble you for some wider photos that show the whole shelves? With just this close-up photo, it's hard to tell what your cupboard shelving is made from and how they might be repaired or replaced.
Thanks,
Jason
Hi @Srijas,
A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
As Jason has mentioned, it is tough to see what is going on, so some wider photos would certainly help.
It looks like you may have chipboard shelving that has been painted over. If this is the case, then unfortunately, because the chipboard is compromised, meaning it will have lost a lot of its weight-bearing capacity, the only great solution is to replace the shelf.
I will wait to see your updated photos before offering guidance on the best method of addressing the issue.
There may still be another solution.
Jacob
