How to fill these holes and make them into original status (wall with paint).

Thank you for sharing your question about filling holes in your wall. Since the holes are quite small you can easily fill these with Selleys 180g Spakfilla Rapid Gap Filler. There's no need for you to use a reinforcement patch because the holes are not that big. I recommend filling it to just about the same height as the wall. Once the filler has cured, I recommend sanding it down to the same level as the wall.
