Hi guys
I need to build frame for a canvas painting with following measurement.
how do we build costume frame?
658 x 1265
Hi @Sugar,
I apologise for the delay in my reply.
To build a custom frame for your canvas painting with the dimensions of 658 x 1265 mm, you have a couple of options.
One approach is to create the frame from lengths of timber, cutting the pieces to size and mitre joining the corners for a clean, professional look. This will give you a traditional frame appearance, but it can be a bit more involved due to the cutting and joining process. Here's a helpful guide: How to build a picture frame.
An easier option might be to purchase an MDF panel and cut the frame out of it as a single piece using a jigsaw. This would save you from having to join lengths of timber and would be a quicker and simpler solution while still providing a solid frame.
I’ve provided a couple of renders to help illustrate these options.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
