To give a facelift on budget installed wall skirting, repainted stair wall with metal grey, banister with stain and polyurethane and spindles with white color. Bought all tools, material from bunnings.

That's a fantastic way of adding some interest to a staircase. Is there any advice you could offer our members if they wanted to complete a similar project?
