Kimberley concealed twin waste Bin 30L

Today we bought a new Kimberley sliding twin bin to replace our old, grotty one.  It seems to have a soft-close mechanism on the runners…. And we CANNOT get it to slide.  Is there a trick to these?  Desperate to get this thing working.

Hello @Boolie

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about the Kimberly waste bin.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the the Kimberly bin. I suggest having a very close look at the rail mechanism of the bin. Sometime the manufacturer places special tapes or pins to prevent the bin from moving while it is in transit. I also recommend running your fingers over the edge of the plastic opening as very fine tape is sometimes used to seal the product.

However, if the unit still does not function properly, please return the product to the special orders desk along with your docket. I recommend speaking to the In-Store kitchen specialist and showing them the issue with the product.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let me know.

Eric
