How to paint kitchen cabinets?

I have 1980s style kitchen cupboards also in passage as storage cupboards. See attached photo. Can these be painted using the renovation range or are these original cupboards not suitable for painting?

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about painting your kitchen cabinets.

You most definitely can use the Dulux Renovation Range on these doors. A good indicator that you have melamine panels is the join in your tall cabinet. The technique to getting a good surface finish on your cabinet doors is to prepare it properly without skipping any steps and to use the best roller or brush your budget can afford.
