How to install kitchen benchtops?
Hi,
I am in the process of having installed a new oven, Hob and range hood.
I am also replacing the Bench tops to Kaboodle Black Granite Laminate Bench tops. The kitchen Island
is fairly straight forward except for cutting the space out to take the sink.
The bench tops around the cooker top are slightly more difficult. as two of the bench tops need to be cut to but up to each other to make a seamless join.
Can you steer me in the right direction so that I can approach a tradie who can cut and fit the bench tops, plumb in the sink and is electric qualified to check the wiring and fit the oven, Hob and range hood.
I have the range hood and cooker top the oven is being delivered on the 15th August. As you can see my kitchen isn't very big.

Re: Kitchen Benchtops
Hi @David4907,
You might like to look towards services like Hipages or Airtasker to employ the services of someone that could complete this work for you. I'd suggest you look for some that specialise in benchtop installations. Of course if you'd like to install this benchtop yourself, I trust you'll find our members would be keen to provide and information you need.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
