Can someone please tell me how to fix or unscrew and screw these on to the drawer? I have tried pushing these on to the drawer but it doesn’t stay put or click on the drawer. It stays loose.

Do i need to use glue or something? Any helpful videos please? Should i get a new one? Is it available at bunnings??

Thanks a lot.

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket?

Hello @amydroid7

Thanks for sharing your question about the Blum drawer clips. If I recall this particular model has a cover that is clipped on and is hiding the screw that tightens the spring-loaded hook. I suggest trying to remove the cover by trying to either slide or lift the cover off. Should you succeed, you'll be able to see the screw that tightens the assembly.

Please note that if the clip refuses to come off, please do not use excessive force. Allow me to contact our supplier and make inquiries regarding the drawer clip. As soon as I have more information, I'll get back to you.

Thank you for your patience.

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket?

Thank you @EricL for your detailed response. Actually it is not the Blum drawer clips. It is some Harn Impaz brand (outdated version). I have a broken one (see the images) looks like it’s not the clip-on kind of drawer bracket.
Any idea if the Blum one would fit if I replace it with that one?

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket?

Hello @amydroid7

I suspect that a Blum Front Fixing Bracket for METABOX Drawer Slide might work with your drawer set. I suggest bringing the old drawer clips along with your drawer and testing it at the shop to make sure that it fits.

I propose speaking to the hardware specialist at the store as they will be able to identify and find out if the Blum set will work on your drawer sides. Please make sure to bring your drawer front as well to determine if the front bracket spacing is also compatible.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket?

Sounds like a good idea. I was gonna bring the bracket only but thanks for suggesting to bring the drawer.

Thanks again @EricL  ☺️ appreciate your help.

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket? (Harn Impaz Brackets)

@EricL Thanks for your suggestion.

Just an update that it might be helpful for anyone else:

I got the Blum brackets (image attached). And the drawers are sorted for now (even though the outside covering/bracket doesn’t really fit our drawers) but they are still a better and tighter fir than the original ones as one of the screw can be tightened to keep the face of the drawer attached to the drawer’s body.
I didn’t had to drill anything. The length was a good match.

thank you so much!

Note: I thought about getting the original ones but saw some comments on the YouTube that they don’t click-on even with everything in-place (proper alignment and new brackets etc). They might be cheap but they are faulty.

So I am glad that Blum ones are much better than those. thanks a lot Bunnings!

Re: how to fix the drawer harn Bracket? (Harn Impaz Brackets)

I had the exact same issue. Tried the Blum Fixing but it did not work for me. The contents of the drawer are a bit heavy, and since the Blum bracket doesn't fit properly, it wasn't enough to hold the drawer. I made a 3D printed replacement part for the original and although it doesn't have height adjustment, it solved my problem.
