How to fix damaged tiles?

How to fix damaged tiles?

I have a tile corner that has chipped off and a section revealed due to cupboard replacement. Additionally some of the grouting has begun to erode around other tiles in the kitchen. I appreciate that this may require a couple of approaches to repair. I also have plenty of replacement tiles. Re: How to fix damaged tiles?

Hello @Nhawken

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your damaged tiles.

I propose cutting a rectangular piece to fill the hole of the first photo. You can then use Dunlop 310ml Tile-All Plus Premixed Tile Adhesive to stick the repair piece. For the second photo, I propose cutting a triangular piece to fit into the damaged corner, but before cutting it, I recommend cutting the damaged corner into a straight line. In this manner you won't have to do any complicated cuts for the tiles.

In regards to your grout lines, I suggest removing all of the old grout and putting in fresh new grout. I propose using a multi tool with a grout removal blade.

Here are some handy step-by-step guides:

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
