Does the wand pull the blind or rotate to wind the blind up and down?
It looks like the bracket that the wand attaches to has broken, so we would need to identify and replace this piece. It is likely part of a proprietary system, so we would need to identify the brand to replace this part.
Can you identify a brand or model number anywhere on the blind?
It would likely be in the track at the top if it is anywhere.
