Hello everyone, thank you in advance for helping!
my kitchen tap handle keeps falling off(see picture).
I found the external part of the screw(see picture), but not the small inner screw.
How do I fix this please?
Sonya
Hello @SonyaT,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's marvellous to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your kitchen tap.
Your second photo shows that the grub screw is still attached to the tap handle. I've placed an image below with the grub screw highlighted in yellow. You'll need an Allen key to tighten the grub screw back onto the tap spindle.
The general steps will be to put the kitchen tap handle back into position. Turn the handle until you can see the access hole at the bottom. This is the hole where the plastic silver cover came off. This will also be the access point for the Allen key, once the Allen key is in position turn clockwise to tighten up the grub screw. The handle should now be firmly attached and not slide out.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
