Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
You're going to have to sand them back then recoat them with a product such as Cabot's Gloss Cabothane Clear CFP Floor Polyurethane.
The tools for this project can be hired from your local Bunnings' Hire Shop. You'll need a Floor Sander and Floor Edger. It's best to call ahead to check availability and book in your hire.
