Hi,
I have a kitchen laminate cabinet that has a scratch mark on it that doesn’t look very nice. I don’t want to buy a new cabinet door as one day I’d like to change all of them. Any genius ideas?
Thanks.
Hi @Danny8,
You could try using Waxstix Touch-Up Crayons for a quick and easy fix. These crayons are designed to cover scratches and marks on laminate and wooden surfaces. Simply choose a colour that closely matches the finish of your cabinet, rub the crayon into the scratch, and wipe off any excess with a soft cloth. This will help blend the scratch with the rest of the surface, making it less noticeable. It's a cost-effective solution, especially if you're planning to replace the cabinets in the future.
I'd look at picking up both a walnut and ebony-coloured Waxstix. Start by covering the area with the walnut colour and then come back and add the vertical grain lines with the ebony.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
