watering sytem problem

How do you stop the thin flexi pipe/hose popping off the poly hose during watering? We have recently installed a new watering system on a timer for our garden and just about every time it turns on one of the flexi tube risers pop off the poly hose during watering and we get a streak of water shooting into the backyard. It’s getting very annoying having to fix them all the time. It’s not the same one each time either, it’s like a lucky dip 🤔 “which one will it be today?”

Re: watering sytem problem

Hello @Nitwit

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about watering system.

Usually, polly pipes and irrigation pipes are held in place using pipe clamps such as the Toro 13mm Single Locking Clamp or the Kinetic 6-16mm 304 Stainless Steel Hose Clamp. But if you are referring to the pop-up sprinklers, odds are they have not been locked into place which could cause them to pop out. But if you are referring to some other part of your system. Please take a photo or tell us the model number of the unit so that we'll have a better idea of what you've fitted in your garden.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Eric
