Why is my Buffalo grass turning white?

purchased rolls of Buffalo grass last week from Bunnings.

within two days it has turned white in areas and spreading.

The lawn is dying off and rather dramatically so for a week. Have you had many scorching hot days this past week? If you've been watering adequately and the weather has been mild, I suggest you visit the store of purchase and discuss the issue with them. Make sure you take this photo with you and your proof of purchase.
