Re: fertilisers on fruit and vege plants

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Darron. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about fertilising.

For your Kalamata olive and apple, a slow-release fertiliser specifically formulated for fruit and olives, such as Osmocote Citrus & Fruit or a similar product, is ideal. These fertilisers provide balanced nutrients that olives require, particularly potassium, for fruiting.

For the strawberries, a liquid seaweed-based fertiliser can encourage flowering and fruiting. Pumpkins in raised beds will benefit from compost or manure-based fertilisers, like Dynamic Lifter, but be careful to avoid over-fertilising as this can lead to excessive leaf growth at the expense of fruit. Regular applications of these tailored fertilisers will help your plants thrive.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
