Ryobi 18v brushless blower / vac

I bought one of these as a gift just on 12 months ago, for my elderly parents, so they could give up on sweeping and collecting.

It's been used 3 or 4 times and they've given up in frustration.

The amount of vacuum power is pathetic, and not worth using.

A real pity because these are pretty costly.

Of course I didn't keep my receipt but think a refund would be in order.

Your experience with the Ryobi One+ 18V Cordless Blower Vac doesn’t sound typical. I have discussed it with the Ryobi team and they would encourage you to return it to the store of purchase to be assessed. The team in-store would be more than happy to assist you with locating your proof of purchase.

Personally I've had fantastic service from Bunnings when I have returned an item without a receipt.
