It sounds like your best bet would be to return it to your local Bunnings store with your proof of purchase, and a team member will take a look at it for you. It sounds like it could be faulty, and if it's under warranty, it will be swapped over for you.

Went to bunnings today,and said it would not start and showed them,tried another battery still would not start.

And said it has a fault , and replaced with another one.Nice staff very helpfull.
