Onion weeds

Hi, i am a newbie. I was wondering if anyone can help me with my onion weeds problem on my lawn. What is the workable solutions?? I used to pull them but it seemed they are growing more.

I hope i still can repair it. Because it also have some winter grass as well.
What can i do with that??
