New Ozito battery chainsaw no longer cutting

I've bought the battery chainsaw as I only do some light to moderate pruning.  I've used it for about two hours and it's not cutting anymore.  Most of the limbs I've cut have only been soft wood so I cant imagine the blades would be blunt. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, where should I go to get it sharpened or should I just buy a new chain?

That is a bit of mystery, I suggest bringing the tool back to the store you purchased it from and explain to them what has happened. I recommend exchanging the tool for a new one. Please don't forget to bring your docket.
