Need help with identifying lawn grass type and fruit

Back again for some advice. I am wanting to identify whether this lawn grass is buffalo or not. Just want to know whether buffalo as got some weed and feed that is not for buffalo grass so checking. Thanks heaps in advance.

Also this fruit - is it a type of lemon?

Looking at that fine blade of grass, it looks like the Coolabah Turf 0.5m² Turf Slab Nullarbor Couch Turf. The other item on your list looks like a Meyer Lemon Tree - Citrus jambhiri also known as a Rough or Bush lemon. The fruit is recognized by its mottled bumpy skin. Sounds like another project is happening. Please keep us updated, our members would be more than happy to provide advice and information should you need it.
