Hello @suni
I suggest having a quick look at this guide - How to diagnose a sick plant by @Noelle. When you have curling or deformed leaves and find white tracks running on the surface of your leaves it is an indicator that citrus leaf miners have infested your plant. I recommend having a look at this guide as well - How to treat a sick citrus tree by @mich1972. It has very good recommendations on how to treat citrus leaf miners in your plant.
The common treatment is to use horticultural oils or neem oil. My best advice is to make sure to spray under the leaves as well to make sure you get full coverage.
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when using sprays in your garden.

Thankyou all for your valuable advice, Eco n neem oil will treat leaf miners definitely
Hi @suni,

Thankyou so much guys for valuable feedback, Please have a look on pictures of my mandarin plant , New leaves are coming but full of leaf miners , I have ordered Neem oil from Bunnings, I will use it , I think it will work , Would this alone be sufficient for my Citrus fruits plants?
Once the leaf miner is under control and there are no other afflictions, that will be enough, @suni. All the damaged leaves won't return to looking normal again and eventually will die and fall off.
Can you please take a couple of pictures of the mandarin trunk? The first 300mm above ground. I want to check that the growth you've pictured isn't a rouge sucker from the root stock.
Mitchell
Sorry @suni. Focusing on the trunk from the soil to about 30cm above the soil. The plant is grafted onto rootstock, and there should be a visible graft line about 10cm above the soil. I want to ensure none of this growth comes from below the graft line. If it is they are called suckers and are not a good fruiting variety and must be cut off. All this growth could be from your grafted variety, which is good.
Mitchell
Good morning @suni Cut and remove the badly affected areas that are damaged by the Citrus Leaf Miners and spray as advised. Good luck 🙂🌿
