Thank you for posting those pictures. I've read all your replies, and it looks like any solutions will need to be applied at your end as you are not getting any cooperation from your neighbour. I also agree that some form of drainage will need to be installed at your end. You can use agi pipe or the Everhard drain channels. Both of these will be sufficient to divert the water coming from the other side. My only other thought is to speak to a plumber and explain to them what you are after and that any solutions can only be applied to your side.
