Re: Garden Irrigation water pipe fix
Good Evening @RK07
I first thought you may have dug up your water mains unexpectedly The pressure spray seems intense is what I was thinking.
If its Poly pipe 13mm (or other pipe when you measureit) there should be a connector piece you can install such as GARDENA 13mm Micro Irrigation Connector - 3 Pack If you cut out the small section that has split, install one end of the connector, then the other you should have enough play to join boith halves again. Make sure you dont get any grit in the pipe as you repair otherwise you could clog the drip spouts. If you do happento get dirt in the pipe, go to the end and open it up. run the tap for a few mins and let the water flush out. Then close the end and crossing fingers you will be back in buisness.
If you dont think its a 13mm pipe, Id cut 1cm of the pipe out where the split is and take that into Bunnings so you can compare. You would have to cut the pipe to repair so its not making it worse.

Re: Garden Irrigation water pipe fix
Thank you, @Dave-1, for the detailed reply. There is a drip spout near the split, and I need to remove it as I don't need it there. Is there an alternative product to fix it, as GARDENA 13mm Micro Irrigation Connector - 3 Pack is not available at any nearby Bunnings? Also, do you have any recommendations for extending the pipe after removing the drip spout section?

Re: Garden Irrigation water pipe fix
Evening @RK07
Well mmmmmm maybe a short screw screwed into the drip hole? even wrapping it with the white plumbers tape? It may leak a tiny bit but much less then a drip spout. I know of nothing that you can wrap the pipe or compress it enough to stop the leak totally.
As you will have to cut the pipe to extend it I would cut a small segmant at that split point and head into your local bunnings to match it with what is in stock there. Ive done similar with a lot of bits and pieces and have never recieved any funny looks I would think that there must be a local equivalent joining piece and you will need to extend the pipe if you take out the split and the drip spot. Just remember that there is a maxium length recommended for all drip spots to work evenly.

Re: Garden Irrigation water pipe fix
Hi @RK07,
It's fantastic to see @Dave-1 has already jumped in to assist.
Assuming the drip irrigation line is 13mm, you could just cut out the split and use a Toro 13mm Single Barbed Joiner with two Toro 13mm Single Locking Clamps to fix the split.
You can also use the same joiner, with two clamps, to extend the irrigation line with a new length of Pope 13mm x 30m Drip Eze Drip Irrigation Tube.
Let me know what you think, and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
