How to fill gaps in Sandstone retaining wall?

Hi guys! We recently had a retaining wall done with sandstone blocks. We went with B grade cuts not thinking about how the soil would fall out of the cracks. Can anyone suggest a way we could plug up these holes to stop the soil from flowing out that wouldn’t be overly obvious?

My projects I do a little over the both days of the weekend, break it down and do a join a day or a couple (over a weekend) Suprisingly it speeds up as you see more and more done, I have some paving to do this arvo and have time shared it the same way
