How to connect Ozito pump to rainwater tank?

I would like help understanding what pipes and fittings I need to connect a new ozito water pump (800W constant pressure) to existing rain water tank with this outlet (pictured)

I believe this product might help you with the fittings.

Blue line pipe to run between tank and pump.  Don't forget to put a ball valve in there so you can turn the water off.

Thanks for sharing your question about connecting your Ozito pump to your rainwater tank. For ease of installation, I suggest looking at the Ozito 9 Piece Tank To Pump Installation Kit. This kit has the necessary parts for you to easily link to your water tank. The only other part you need to purchase is a standard garden tap.

However, if you are looking to install your pump further away from the tank, I suggest using blue line pipe in combination with Philmac fittings. The common size used is 25mm, but you might need to reduce to 20mm in some applications.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience in regards to the installation of the water pump. I totally agree that using blue line pipe is an excellent way to link your water pump to your rain tank.
