How to fill gap between shed and concrete base?

Hi

I have recently installed an off the wall shed on the side of my house on top of a concrete footpath. The concrete has a slight fall away from the house so the front of the shed is sitting above the concrete, maybe around 10-12mm. What could I do to fill the gap?

On hindsight the shed was always going there so should've got the Concreter to level that area off in the first instance...

Re: off the wall shed not on flat base

Hi @marshallman

What you could consider is using this 20mm rectangular tubing under the long side and then a short length either side as far along as it will fit. This Sika adhesive would glue it to the ground and then can be used to fill the remaining gaps on the sides.

Before applying the adhesive, I would run painters tape around the 3 sides to protect your new concrete. Then with a scraper on its side, wipe any excess off. You can also use the Sika to run a thin bead between the bottom of the shed and top of the tubing to prevent water entering.

Hoe this makes sense, Nailbag
