Can I use whirlybird-type ventilation in the garage?

Have been advised that it is of no use in a garage.

Open door, window etc. you have ventilation.

Roof has wire & sisilatation. Vent not nessesary?

Plus, location in a windy area, noise & bearing failure over time.

Re: whirlybird type ventilation in garage.

Hello @GAZZAR

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about ventilating your garage.

To give us a better idea of what your garage looks like, would it be possible for you to post a photo outside and inside your garage? Our members can then make an assessment. We can then make recommendations on the best way to ventilate your garage. In the meantime, I suggest looking at the Dynabreeze 450mm Silver Industrial Floor Fan. It's strong enough to cool your garage without having to permanently install it.

We look forward to seeing your photos.
