So we have a door! Isn't she pretty!?
This is the first of 4, barn style doors we are going to make for our shed and studio. This door has been a bit of trial and error but we are pretty happy with the result!
We special ordered through Bunnings 138 x 18mm Western Red Cedar VJ cladding and, DAR Western Red Cedar for the rails and stiles.
I've uploaded as many photos as we remembered to take along the way of the making process, but if you have any questions let me know.
Thanks @ChezzieG. This is a new shed, we have frames the doors and windows with RHS steel to have a square straight edge and used metal screws to attach the hinges to the steel frames. What frame do you currently have for the doors?

Stunningly beautiful result. The quality of the work is, as always with @DIYgals , outstanding.
I must get one of those power planer guides. I hadn't seen one like that before.
Thanks @TedBear ! We made it for the job. You could easily do it!
Thanks, that will save me wasting effort looking out for one. Do you have any clues to offer about what you used to make the planer guide from? It looks very professional.
