We brought a house and one of the shower heads won’t tilt down and it ends up flooding the bathroom. How can I fix it to make it tilt down?
Hello @sophieedwards
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your shower head.
If the switch on the lefthand side of the slider does not make the fittings tight, it's probable that the shower head holder (the little "C" clamp) that's holding the shower head in place is loose. I suggest taking the shower head off and looking inside the holder to see if there is a screw keeping it in place. If there is, I suggest getting a screwdriver to tighten the clamp in place. But if the screw holding it is hidden, you'll need to take the shower holder apart.
However, if you are not happy with your shower set, I propose thinking about replacing it with something more functional like the Flexispray Pulsar 5 Function Rail Shower WELS 3 Star 9L/min. It has a multifunction head that tightens quickly and is easy to maintain.
