if I cut secura floor, do I need to reseal the cut edge?

Installing some secura floor, but the sheet is 1800 long and my floorspace is 1840, with the interior distance between the perimeter joists being 1800 so I need to either fill the perimeter and not have the edge of the sheets on the perimeter to noisy, or get some extra sheets and cut to fit.

If I cut the sheets, do I need to reseal the joint cut edge before joining to the adjacent sheets? I will be tiling over the floor.

Hi @diyaaron,

Here's the installation guide for Secura Interior Flooring. There's no need to seal the cut end, but for tiled wet areas, you must use joint sealant between all butt joints.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
