Seeking some tail rail holders like this one for a heated towel rail

You'd need to use brackets from your heated towel rail manufacturer. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any universal bracket that will fit your unit. Do you happen to know the brand so I could take a look to see if we could source them from one of our suppliers?
How many brackets were you after? If you were after several and depending on the age of the unit, it might be worth considering a replacement. There are some budget-friendly options like the Forme Daytona 6 Bar Round Heated Towel Rail on offer that could make for a good replacement option.
