I would want to attempt the installation of laundry tapping into a bathroom sink. Is it possible? What tools, fitting, items need please.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Tinafe. It's great to have you join us and we look forward to reading all about your projects and plans for around the house and garden.
Could you please clarify that you want to connect a new washing machine? Will the washing machine be next to this basin? If so, remember that you are not only needing to connect to a water source but also deal with the waste water out of the machine and it might be a project best left to a registered plumber. Please confirm and perhaps share a wider photo of the area and our resident Bunnings D.I.Y. expert @EricL can share his thoughts.
Thanks,
Jason

Re: What fittings or items needed to have laundry installed by sourcing water from the bathroom sink
Hi @Tinafe
Thanks for sharing your question about linking up your washing machine to your bathroom sink tap. Generally, one way to do it is to attach a Brasshards 15mm Brass Threaded Tee in combination with a Brasshards 15mm Brass Threaded Hexagon Nipple. I recommend using a Syneco 1/2" Brass Garden Hose Tap as the point of connection for your washing machine hose. I suggest using FIX-A-TAP 12mm x 8m Thread Seal Tape on all the joins to make sure there are no leaks.
However, before you begin the modification, I suggest checking with your local council on the rules and regulations concerning adding an extra water outlet in your bathroom. Some states require that a registered plumber do the modification. I placed an example below of how the parts would go together.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
Eric
