What dual shower heads do you recommend?
Hey,
I am trying to find 2 new shower heads for our ensuite shower. We have 1 shower head on either wall and they are used at the same time as it is a dual shower. We have water pressure of about 15L min and I am waiting to know do I get something 7l min or the common 9Lmin that I am seeing ? And if so any recommendations?

Re: shower heads
Hi @Dayna92
Thanks for you detailed water pressure details.
Given what you have said I would highly recommend dual 2x 7-9 Litre set so it has good pressure to spray across the showing zones.
Two 15L shower heads will come out like a lazy waterfall possibly too close to the wall for comfortable showering.
There are to many shower heads to talk about so I will stick to general types.
-naturally you have fixed shower heads no adjustment they are cheaper in cost if you are budget aware.
- In your dual shower arrangment I might like shower heads between 7 and 9 litres with adjustable heads between pulsation/massage and fine rain might be nice massage out of one and fine rain for hair wash no 2. But fully adjustable each side.
- Some hang on the wall but also unhook and are hand showers too especially in the 7 litre range. These also often have buttons on then for different spray types. Probably go for $60 to $100 dollars each.
Most wall shower outlet sizes are the same so no worries there. And there are size adaptors to help just incase.
Well look around and shop away you may wish to upgrade you shower set to a new bathroom theme like black taps etc some times there are matching taps and spourts in the one range.
Hope this helps a bit.

Re: What dual shower heads do you recommend?
Hi @Dayna92,
A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community and thank you for your question.
It's fantastic to see @Jewelleryrescue has already jumped in with some great advice.
Keep in mind that 9L/min is the maximum pressure they will allow. If you use 7L/min shower heads, you will only ever get 7L/min from them, whereas if you use 9L/min showerheads, you can get higher pressure from each showerhead when used in isolation, you just won't be able to get their maximum pressure when they are used at the same time.
If you wanted to get a full 9L/min from both showerheads at the same time, you could speak with a plumber about options for increasing your water pressure.
In terms of the actual product you select, it is entirely up to you and may come down to how the aesthetic of the shower heads matches the rest of your room. You might like to have a read through the following articles for some guidance.
