Hello,
I am looking at some suggestions and help with laundry layout. The space is tight but I really do use that room a lot. I prefer decent bench space and opening it up by getting rid of the tall wardrobe. Saying that I still need decent storage. In our new kitchen we have drawers everywhere and it is the best for storage so possibly looking at drawers and shelf to open up the space. Hiding ironing board somewhere cleaver would be bonus but I am not fussed keeping it hanging on the wall as is. There is toilet right next to it, which we are looking to keep and renovate in one hit.
Thank you for any ideas

I've presumed that without the built-in cupboard, you've got roughly 1800mm wall to wall. Below, I've added a rendering that I created for you of a possible layout. I've also included the product list for it. To the right is a small area to store your ironing board and perhaps a broom.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
