How to replace tap in the bath?

Can anyone please advice where I can find a tap like the one I attached? Was looking around in Bunnings but couldn’t find one.

I have also attached a picture of the bath area where the tap would be fitted

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. it's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your bath mixer with spout.

Your bath spout appears to be fixable, I would recommend changing the O ring washers on the adapter and getting some spare grub screws from the hardware department and it should be good to go again. 

However, if you want a new set, I suggest looking at the Mondella WELS 4 Star 7.5L/min Chrome Resonance Wall Basin Mixer or the Caroma Luna Wall Basin/bath mixer Chrome WELS 6 Star 4.5L/min. Both of these units have the same layout style as your current bath mixer.
