How to replace damaged and outdated shower head?

Need help to choose a basic 300mm x 300mm square rain shower head chrome or s/steel. Just single head but would like to replace the arm and wall fixtures or anything the plumber will need that he won’t have on him to install. My water pressure is nearly at a drizzle so I have to call real estate to get plumber out in next 48hrs. I am paying for the material’s and will leave it here. But I have a lot of health issues and need to shower at least 6 times a day for only 5 min a time but to get a better coverage I am hoping to not want to shower as much. So need to maybe get a kit to get all materials and as cheap as possible without having to replace in 6 mths. I have no idea on any of the brand names

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @LA. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about installing a rainhead shower.

A Mondella Rumba Chrome Rectangular Rain Shower Head WELS 3 Star 9L/min and Mondella Resonance Chrome Horizontal Shower Arm are all your plumber will need to install the new system. You don't need to change your taps but you could also upgrade those at the same time for some ceramic 1/2 or 1/4 turn taps.
