Hi All,
Need some help and advise here. Im looking to fix or replace my bathroom and kitchen cabinet door. As the photo attached the top section of the door ( laminated) getting damage and it is coming out... How do I fix it. Do they just sell the fix that I can remove it and stock the new one back? I was also looking for a panel that I can cut and fit it into but still it need the corner to be seal of especially on the cut section. How does it work?
Hi @calccom21,
Depending on the wear to the rest of the vanity, you should consider replacing the vanity, as there are many budget-friendly options to choose from. That way, you'd resolve the issue and have an updated look to your bathroom.
Your door has had the edging delaminate, and the MDF core has swollen. You should be able to do a reasonable repair using laminate edging, and that would require removing the current edging and then applying the new edging. It's a super-simple process and only requires ironing on the new laminate edge.
It's unlikely that you'll find a suitably sized replacement door. You could cut a panel to suit the door, and you'd then need to paint it to seal out any moisture. I'd suggest you attempt to replace the top laminate edge first before trying to construct an entire door.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks. Do you know where I can I buy the laminate to edge so I can remove the old one and apply the new?
So sorry, @calccom21. I see my link to the product wasn't successful. We sell the iron-on laminate edging in-store.
