How to make shower tiles pretty?
Hi Helpers,
As you can see on the photo, my shower tiles are in very bad condition and I wish to change that , but how? Please give me advice or ideas.
thanks in advance.
i also looking at ways to add a glass shower wall too. Due to the unusual shape perhaps a custom made would work?

Re: how to make it pretty?
Hi @diyerau,
If you're not planning to pull up and replace the tiles—which can be a big job, especially if waterproofing needs to be redone—a much simpler option with instant results is painting them for a fresh look. You might want to consider using the Rust-Oleum 946ml White Gloss Tub and Tile Refinishing Kit, which is designed for bathrooms and will give your tiles a refreshed, clean appearance.
As for adding a glass shower wall, given the unusual shape of your space, a custom-made option might be the best fit. You could look at frameless or semi-frameless glass panels and I would suggest you enlist the services of a professional for construction and installation.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: how to make it pretty?
Hi Mitchell,
thanks for your advice!
1. my concern is that apparently the paint on the shower floor doesn’t last. Is it true or this paint you suggested is designed for showers?
2. would you recommend the same product for the rest of the bathroom?
3. Would you recommend shower door installers ?
thanks

Re: how to make it pretty?
Hi @diyerau,
Any paint used on a tiled floor can be a risk of scratching and peeling off. They are used as a semi-permenant solutions to cover aged or discoloured tiles that you might replace in the future. If you are planning on doing the whole bathroom floor you might like to switch to Dulux Renovation Range Floors.
We don't have a connection to shower door installers. You might want to enlist the services of a professional on Airtasker or Hipages.
