You might like to have a read through this previous discussion: How to fix a chip in a bathtub by @jennifer2. Also, check out this best advice article on How to fix a crack in the bath? Essentially you'll need to sand back the damaged area until you removed the rust and can see clean metal. Next, take some PC-11 56g White Epoxy Paste and fill in the damage on your tub. Once you've filled the damage, you must wait for the putty to cure fully. After it does, sand the repaired area, so it is flat and at the same height as the surrounding tub. You can then apply White Knight 500ml White Tub And Basin Paint over the area. You'll likely need to coat the whole tub if you want an invisible repair. Otherwise, you can just spot paint the area.
