How to fix leaking washing machine tap?
I've just had a new washing machine connected and found that it leaks from where it is connected to the tap, if the tap is turned on (see attached picture), whether the washing machine is in operation or not.
I was wondering where I should begin with fixing this - should I contact the appliance seller to send someone to help me re-connect the washing machine, or would it be relatively cheap and easy to fix it myself?

Re: How to fix leaking washing machine tap?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @basildill. It's marvelous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about a leaking washing machine hose.
Since this is a new machine and you've had it connected, it would be best to contact the company to discuss the next steps. I certainly wouldn't attempt a repair before touching base with them, despite how easy it might be. In the best-case scenario, there might be a missing washer that you could replace. However, if it's a cracked fitting, it would be best to leave it as is so they can assess it. That way there's no question of whether you've caused the damage.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
