How to connect washing machine drain hose?

Hi, to connect this washing machine drain hose underneath this sink, do I just connect it and secure a hose clamp over it? Or is another attachment required? Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

The tip on your outlet hose should be made of rubber and can be extended past the corrugated part of the hose. This rubber piece will sit on the spigot and be secured with a hose clamp.
