Our spare bathroom shower door has never been able to close properly since moving in, we have to lift up and pull shut but it doesn’t always work.
I can’t find any videos on how to adjust/lift up.
Any advice is needed, thanks.

It sounds like the issue you're describing with your shower door is likely due to a problem with the hinge mechanism, which may have failed or loosened over time, causing the door to drop and catch on the bottom frame. Unfortunately, there's no universal method for adjusting framed shower doors, as designs can vary significantly between manufacturers. Many doors don’t allow for height adjustments, meaning that the problem may require a more in-depth fix or even replacement.
First, check whether the hinges have any visible screws that can be tightened or adjusted to realign the door. Sometimes, a simple tightening can fix the misalignment. However, if you can’t locate any adjustment points, or the door continues to sag, it might be time to involve a professional. A tradesperson who specialises in shower installations can assess whether the hinges or frame are damaged beyond repair, and they can replace the components if necessary.
Shower screens can shatter quite easily, especially if they are tempered glass. If you decide to investigate or attempt a fix yourself, ensure you're wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes safety glasses, cut-resistant gloves, long-sleeved clothing and trousers, and enclosed shoes.
For now, I’d recommend inspecting the hinge mechanism and frame to see if there's an obvious point of failure. If nothing appears adjustable or repairable, a professional's expertise will help you avoid the risk of glass shattering during a DIY repair attempt.
