Hi all,
Seeking some advice on how to re-stick tiles back onto the wall?
And also how to repair a broken floor tile?
Thank you for your time,
Wally
Hi @weekendwally,
To reattach the wall tiles, you can use a suitable tile adhesive to stick them back onto the wall. Make sure to clean both the tile and the wall surface thoroughly before applying the adhesive, so you get a strong bond. Hold the tile in place until the adhesive begins to set, and then allow it to fully dry according to the adhesive’s instructions.
As for the broken floor tile, you can also use tile adhesive to stick the pieces back into place. If some pieces are missing, you can fill the gaps with more tile adhesive to create a level surface. Once everything is set and dried, you can grout the joints to finish the job.
If you are missing multiple pieces, replacing the tile altogether might be the best long-term solution, but this approach should work if you just need a quick repair.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell
