Hi, These two holes were left in the floor tile after a plumber replaced the toilet in my bathroom. I was wondering if a multi-purpose epoxy putty such as this one would be suitable for sealing those holes? Thank you.

That product would fill the holes, though it's not designed to seal them, which would be my concern in a wet area. I'd prefer you use a colour-matched silicone sealant to fill them. This will provide a water-tight seal and should blend in better than the white putty filler.
