Many thanks Mitchell. Thanks for the advice. The Crommeliin damp stop was applied to new concrete so the only thing I can think of is the porous sands ...

I have had the same problem, but also used two coats of the Crommelin damp stop on the concrete prior as instructed and allowed 7 days to cure before ...
