Hi,
I’ve moved into a new house and have noticed a few cracks as per photos. A few along the baseboard trim attached to the wall. How would be the best ways to work through these? The house is about 25 years old. The B&P report said it’s mainly plaster settling
Thanks,

Hello @alliebird
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about plastering.
For the skirting boards I suggest looking at this discussion - How to fill gaps in skirting boards? by @Glenn83. For the cornice I recommend this discussion - How to repair a cracked cornice. In regards to the gap in your walls, I suggest using Selleys 475g No More Gaps Interior Multipurpose Gap Filler. The discussions I've mentioned will give you a general idea of what steps you'll need to take to repair the gaps you're seeing on your wall.
